When deciding on choosing a swimming pool desings here are some considerations:

  1. Choosing A Type Of Pool – Decide beforehand if you want an inground pool or above ground pool. Each comes with their own benefits. Inground pools offers the most versatility from pool shape design to what the pool walls and floors are made up. Above ground pools offers a quick set up for fast enjoyment.
  2. Choosing A Pool Style – If you find that your house is modern, a sleek rectangle shape would accentuate what you have inside your home. If you find that your are more classic, there is a more traditional pool style such as kidney shape or roundish. Look at photos and find something that would compliment your house and backyard.
  3. Swimming Pool Accessories – Once you have a pool in place you need to consider all the other accessories you will need to keep your swimming pool safe and new looking. Pool fences offer great safety for small children and pets. They come in different material and can add a nice touch to your pool. Another accessory is a solar pool cover. Instead of a swimming pool heater, these pool covers use the sun’s energy to heat up your pool.

With your new pool you can lounge around and soak up the sun knowing you made a great investment.

Sorry to respond so late, but I think it would be a great idea. The picture I posted does have a very modern looking diving board and it does not ruin the modern pool look. I hope this helps! Good Luck
